Sunny days, adventures and sheep

Sunny days are a perfect excuse to meet up with friends and create new memories, and that is just how I spent my Saturday last weekend.

I met up with my friends and we journeyed off deep into the countryside, climbed up a huge hill and eventually reached Magpie Mine, an old disused mine.

Magpie Mine is such a cool place. It’s in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by fields, it’s just nice to have a wander around.

The weather was absolutely beautiful as well which made the day all the more fun!

We explored some nearby fields and stumbled across some old abandoned small houses, so of course we had to get a closer look.

They were pretty much all crumbled down into ruins, and one even had a tree growing inside it, but there was still something to have a quick look at. I also got very nettled, converse and short leggings weren’t the most practical choice of clothing.

I had such a nice day just walking round and soaking in the fresh air, I even made friends with some sheep.

I really hope we have more of this nice Spring weather!

Bye for now
