Enjoying the first few days of December

December for me so far has been a whirlwind of busy. I’ve been doing longer shifts at work and trying to squeeze in seeing my friends and Christmas festivities in between.

That also means I haven’t had chance to write as many festive blog posts as I’ve wanted, but I finally have a little spare time so I thought I’d start by sharing my December so far.

I met up with some family in Manchester and we all went to the Christmas market. This was my first time in Manchester and the place is huge! It was also so busy, it was a struggle to move round.

They have some really good shops there with some seriously expensive brands, and their Paperchase is huge!

I didn’t even get chance to go in half the shops I wanted so I want to take another trip back after Christmas when it’s less crazy.

I met up with two of my best friends in Walsall as that’s where one of then now lives. We went out for an Indian and had a cosy evening watching Christmas films.

We went to the German Market in Birmingham the next which I’ve been wanting to do for years. I had such a nice time, I love my friend so much.

To say I’d been to two big cities within a space of a few days, I actually didn’t buy that much which I am very impressed with myself.

Sadly my next few days where a bit boring as all I did was work, but I manageed to have some fun in the snow!

I still can’t believe it’s actually snowed in December,  and I really hope we do get some more.

It’s just so pretty, and I love watching my dog run round in it.

I hope you’re all having a lovely December so far!

Bye for now
